Attira Terms of Service
Last updated: September 6, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Abdul Afreen, a sole proprietor based in Eluru, Andhra Pradesh, India ("Attira", "we", "us"), who operates the Attira AI-powered wardrobe, styling assistant and virtual try-on application at [https://tryattire.com] and the Attira mobile applications (the "Service").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Contact: support@tryattira.com
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA) to use Attira. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Attira only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. By using the Service you confirm you meet these requirements.
2. Your account
- You provide a name, email, password, and gender when you register, and you verify your email with a one-time code.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.
- Notify us at support@tryattira.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
3. The Service
Attira lets you:
- Upload photos of clothing, which our AI detects and organizes into a digital wardrobe.
- Optionally upload a full-body ("persona") photo, or choose a stock model avatar, to generate AI virtual try-on images.
- Chat with a styling assistant about the clothes you own, and attach photos to that conversation — a garment, a shelf, or what you currently have on so the assistant can review the outfit.
- Get outfit recommendations for an occasion, style a look around one piece, refine a look, and swap individual pieces.
- Plan a week of outfits against your calendar and the weather, and plan a trip day by day.
- Ask what your wardrobe is missing, what a single garment is worth to it, which combinations it supports, and what you never wear.
- Evaluate a potential purchase against what you already own, and see a ranked buy list.
- Find clothing shops near you when something is worth buying, and open one in your maps application.
- Save looks, attach a look to a calendar event, and log an outfit as worn.
- Receive optional push notifications on mobile about the above.
We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
Usage limits. Your plan sets limits on the Service — for example the number of wardrobe items you can store and the number of AI try-on generations you can make in a month. The limits that apply to each plan are shown at the point of purchase and in the app. We may also apply reasonable rate limits to protect the Service. If you exceed a limit, the affected feature pauses until the next period or until you upgrade; your data is not deleted.
Notifications. Push notifications are off until you allow them, and you can turn them off at any time in your device settings. Service and security messages, such as email verification, are not optional while you hold an account.
4. Your content and the rights you grant us
You own your content. You keep all rights to the photos, images, messages, conversation attachments, plans, and other content you upload or create in Attira ("Your Content").
License to operate the Service. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you — for example, detecting clothing in your photos, generating try-on images, and showing you your wardrobe. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies that persist transiently in routine backups (see the Privacy Policy).
We do not train AI on Your Content. We do not use your photos, likeness, or content to train AI models, and our agreements with our AI providers (Azure OpenAI and Google) confirm they do not train their models on data sent through their APIs.
Your responsibilities for what you upload. You represent that:
- You own or have the rights to the photos you upload.
- If a photo shows a person — a persona photo, or a photo you attach to a conversation — you are that person or have that person's permission to upload and process their image.
- Your Content does not infringe anyone's rights or violate any law.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload images of other people without their consent, or any unlawful, infringing, hateful, sexually explicit, or harmful content.
- Use the Service to create misleading, defamatory, or deceptive imagery of any person.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.
- Use the Service to build or train a competing product or AI model.
- Attach photos of other people to a conversation, or ask the assistant to produce imagery of a person who has not consented.
- Use the styling assistant to obtain, or hold it out as, professional advice — medical, legal, financial, or otherwise.
- Automate, bulk-extract, or resell the assistant's output, including buy lists and nearby-shop results.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
6. AI-generated content and recommendations
Try-on images, outfit recommendations, and styling suggestions are AI-generated previews. They may not accurately represent garment fit, color, size, fabric, or how an item looks in real life, and may contain errors. They are provided for personal styling use only. You are responsible for your own purchasing and styling decisions. You can report problematic generated content at support@tryattira.com.
The same applies to everything else the assistant produces — week and trip plans, wardrobe gap analysis, the value it places on a single garment, and buy-or-skip advice. These are suggestions generated from the wardrobe data we hold. They are not professional or financial advice, they may be wrong, and the decision is always yours.
Shopping guidance. When Attira ranks a purchase or tells you to skip one, it is scoring the item against the wardrobe you have told us about — nothing more. We earn nothing from what you buy. We do not take commissions, affiliate fees, referral fees, or payment of any kind from any retailer or brand for appearing in, or ranking within, a recommendation. We do not sell clothing, hold stock, or take part in any purchase you make. Any transaction is entirely between you and the retailer, on their terms.
Nearby shops. Shop results come from OpenStreetMap, a public database maintained by volunteers. Whether a shop is still open, what it stocks, its hours, and its exact position are outside our knowledge and we do not verify them. Tapping a result opens a third-party maps application. Check before you travel.
7. Fees and paid plans
The Service is offered on a free plan and on paid plans.
- If you purchase a paid plan, the price, billing period, and what's included — including the usage limits in Section 3 — are shown to you at the point of purchase.
- Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the merchant of record for all purchases. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's own terms, and your billing details are handled by Paddle rather than by us.
- Free trial. Paid plans include a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before it ends, the trial converts to a paid subscription and you are billed for the first period automatically.
- Subscriptions renew for successive periods until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account settings or the Paddle customer portal; your plan stays active until the end of the current period and does not renew.
- Unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase, fees are non-refundable, including for unused portions of a period. Our Refund Policy sets this out in full and forms part of these Terms.
- On cancellation your account reverts to the Free plan. Your wardrobe data is kept in line with the Privacy Policy — cancelling is not deleting.
- We may change our prices; changes apply to future billing periods, and we will give notice where required.
8. Intellectual property
The Service itself — including the Attira name, logo, software, design, and content we create (but not Your Content) — is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms. You may not use our name or logo without our permission.
9. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers, including Microsoft Azure (Blob Storage, Database, Container Apps, Azure OpenAI), Google (Gemini API), Resend (email), Vercel (frontend hosting), Paddle (payments), Expo with Apple and Google push services (notifications), Open-Meteo (weather), and OpenStreetMap (nearby shops). The full list, and what each one receives, is in Section 4 of the Privacy Policy. Your use of the Service is also subject to those providers' terms where applicable. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control, including any retailer, shop, or maps application you reach from Attira.
10. Privacy
Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please read it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data, including face and body imagery.
11. Suspension and termination
- By you: You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time in Settings → Danger zone → Delete account, or at [https://tryattire.com/delete-account]. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
- By us: We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or where required by law. Where reasonable, we will give notice.
- Sections that by their nature should survive termination (for example, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) continue to apply after your account ends.
12. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for any purpose.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Attira will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) INR 5,000. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms — including any claim that an image you uploaded infringed someone's rights or was used without their consent.
15. Changes to these Terms
What changed on September 6, 2026. These Terms were updated for the styling assistant released in this update: Section 3 describes what the assistant does and the usage limits and notifications that come with it, Section 5 adds rules for conversation attachments and assistant output, Section 6 covers shopping guidance (including that we earn nothing from a purchase) and third-party shop data, Section 7 names Paddle as merchant of record and spells out the free trial's automatic conversion, and Section 9 lists the new providers.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and change the "Last updated" date. For material changes we will give reasonable notice in the app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts located in Andhra Pradesh, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
