Delete your Attira account
This page explains how to delete your Attira account and all of your data. You can do this yourself inside the app, or request it by email if you can no longer sign in.
What gets deleted
When you delete your account, the following are removed immediately and permanently:
- Your account record (name, email, password)
- All uploaded clothing photos and full-body (persona) photos
- All AI-generated outfit and try-on images
- Your wardrobe items, saved looks, and outfit history
- Calendar events, styling conversations, and app settings
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Residual copies may persist only transiently in our cloud provider's automated infrastructure backups, which are overwritten on the provider's standard backup cycle. Standard server logs (which do not contain your photos) are retained for 30 days for security and then deleted.
Option 1 — Delete in the app (recommended)
- Sign in to Attira.
- Go to Settings.
- Scroll to the Danger zone and tap Delete account.
- Confirm with your password. Your account and data are deleted right away.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you can no longer sign in, email us from the address registered to your Attira account and we will delete your account and data for you.
Please send your request from your registered email address so we can verify the account is yours. We respond to verified deletion requests within the timeframe required by applicable law (generally within 30 days).
